l 1. Column:
Adopting diameter of column114mm hot galvanized pipe with a wall thickness of 2.2mm (the quality of the pipe meets the requirements of GB/T700-2006 standard). After degreasing, phosphating, sand throwing and galvanizing, the surface is cured at high temperature by electrostatic powder spraying line (the plastic powder is Akzo Nobel outdoor environmental protection polyester powder from Holland). The surface is smooth, with strong ultraviolet resistance, bright colors, not easy to fall off and corrosion resistance. The baking varnish equipment adopts a computer-controlled electrostatic powder spraying device imported from Germany, which can ensure that the outdoor color does not fade for ten years.

l 2. Platform:
Adopt a thickness2.2mm cold rolled steel plate punching forming, punching diameter is 6mm (in line with EU EN1176 standard), argon arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding (in line with GB/T8810-1995) are used for welding, and the platform has strong bearing capacity (in line with EU EN1176 standard). After the overall processing and molding, professional and technical personnel carry out degreasing, phosphating and sand throwing treatment, the surface is sprayed with DuPont outdoor environmental protection polyester powder of the United States, which is cured at high temperature, smooth surface, strong anti-ultraviolet light ability, bright color, not easy to fall off and corrosion resistance. The spraying equipment adopts computer-controlled electrostatic powder spraying device imported from South Korea, and the powder recovery adopts small cyclone and imported filter core, with high efficiency and no pollution.

l 3. Plastic parts:
Adopt imported South Korea SamsungLLDPE rotomolding special material is formed by rotomolding, which meets the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996. The plastic wall thickness is over 6mm, the color is bright, and the ultraviolet light (UV) resistance reaches Grade 8, which meets the Australian food grade standard. It has strong antistatic ability, safety and environmental protection, good weather resistance and high strength.
